Welcome to Hinterland Restaurant located in the picturesque township of Cooran in the Noosa Shire.

Opening from Wednesday - Saturday for dinner from 5.00 pm and lunch on Sunday from 11.30 am. Our menu features a broad range of of snacks, entrees, pizzas and main meals.

Our ingredients are sourced locally where possible and we are striving to follow a genuine paddock to plate philosophy. When we are not running Hinterland Restaurant we tend “Old School Flats” our 70 acre farm located in Cooran (1.2km’s from Hinterland). Our property is run organically and we stock heritage breed pigs, cattle as well as a permaculture vegetable garden production. Currently we feature Old School Flats bacon and utilize our organic herbs and vegetables on the menu.
